♡ Are my cookies allergy friendly?

At the moment, My Mommy Bakes does not accommodate food allergies.

♡ How should I store my cookies?

Although cookies are best when consumed immediately after delivery, it is advised to store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3-4 days. If necessary, you can freeze your cookies for up to 30 days. For best results, follow the instructions on your "Care Card".

♡ The best way to enjoy my cookies?

I always suggest warming cookies in the oven at _______ for 3-5 minutes or simply use the microwave in 10 second intervals until your desired preference.

♡ Is My Mommy Bakes sanitary?

Yes. We are in compliance with food safety regulations per NYS.

♡ How often and how soon do you ship orders?

Orders are shipped every Monday. I accept orders Monday-Thursday, prep Friday/Saturday bake on Sunday and ship on Monday.

♡ What is your refund policy?

At the moment, My Mommy Bakes does not issue refunds but we do accommodate future orders.

♡ Can you complete bulk orders?

Yes. If you'd like to place a bulk order for a private event you can email us directly at
